On March 6, 2018, a spring ball was held with the participation of employees of the educational institutions of Kokshetau. Our school-lyceum was represented by the director GulnaraAbdykasymova, the host of the event - AskhatYerzhanov, the physical education teacher Timur Isa and computer science teacher  PerizatKazbekova.

On March 7, 2018, a grand meeting and a gala concert dedicated to the International Women's Day were held in the Secondary School Lyceum №2. During the event, the celebration of the jubilee, the veteran of the pedagogical work, the primary school teacher RakishevaGaliyaSeitkazievna, presentation of certificates of the International Academy of Sciences of Engineering, Ecology and Pedagogy to teachers, who prepared prizewinners of republican and international scientific conferences

and olympiads. On the eve of the holiday, the school-lyceum was donated from the Board of Trustees (chairman - ShokanIlyasov) a color printer.

Congratulations, poems and songs were sent to women colleagues from the stronger men. Teachers and students of the school, as well as trainees from the College of Culture named after Akan Sere presented to all participants an unforgettable concert consisting of bright classical music numbers, popular variety songs, performances of young gymnasts, dancers and readers. The event ended

with a tea party, organized by theprofunionof the school-lyceum.
